Bactericide

General Description:
Bac-Cide bactericide is a clear liquid. The active component is an organic aldehyde.


Recommended Uses:
Bac-Cide is effective in preventing anaerobic bacterial activity low density brines, sea water, and fresh water.
BAC-CIDE is used in low density brines, sea water, and fresh water as a preservative for various organic polymers.


Major Advantages:
Bac-Cide has a very effective kill rate at low dosages.
Bac-Cide is compatible with all common oil field brines.


Recommended Treatment:
For most applications the treatment rate for Bac-Cide is one gallon per 50 barrels of fluid or one 5 gallon can per 250 barrels of treated volume.

Safety and Handling:
Avoid skin and eye contact. Avoid inhalation or ingestion. If exposed, wash skin with soap and water, flush eyes with water and seek medical assistance. If ingested, seek medical assistance. Remove contaminated clothing and wash before reusing. Have adequate ventilation or use proper respirator. Wear protective face shield.
Dispose of according to applicable regulations.
